Position: Works Director
Summary: Director Jim McLaughlin. Jim has extensive hands-on experience of the cleaning business having started as a window cleaner himself, before taking on a range of supervisor roles with private and public sectors, then joining Caledonian Cleaning in 1989.
Since joining Caledonian Cleaning Jim has held a range of positions including Window Cleaning Supervisor, Window Cleaning Manager, Contracts Manager and General Manager prior to being appointed Director.
His responsibilities encompass a wide range of senior management functions including overseeing managers and supervisors, quality control and customer relations.
